The Tippe River Basin Chapter 533 is committed to the restoration and preservation of wild pheasant habitat. We have worked with a number of land owners in Kosciusko and surrounding counties to improve their land to better suit these beautiful birds.

We are constantly looking for ways to inform the community about our organization. Not only to grow our membership, but to share the importance of conservation and the benefits it holds for all wildlife and the gift it is for our youth.

A number of youth hunts are held
throughout the fall. These are a great
way for kids to see the benefits of
wildlife habitat and experience the
outdoors. It provides boys and girls
the opportunity to spend time with
parents and learn the values of safety
in the field.

We host youth hunts for both doves
and pheasants. All events are closely
supervised and are always a great
success with the kids. Check out the
Events page for the next scheduled
youth hunt.

There can’t be pheasants without habitat. That’s why our chapter is glad to own a crop drill to plant food plots and habitat grasses. We even provide the seed free of charge.

There is a rental fee for the use of the drill. Contact our
Habitat officer listed on the Contact Us page for details.
